ILLUSTRATIONS • Every once in awhile, I get an idea for a great illustration. And every once in awhile, it turns out.
Seriously, though, the image at right is a good example of pen tool drawing. Bezier-style drawing tools are extraordinary for the smooth, natural lines they create. It's one of the first steps in teaching Adobe Illustrator — and making it look easy gives my students a good reason to hate me.
